Behavioral Economic and Public Health Contributions to Interventions for Substance Misuse – Dr. Jalie Tucker

Dr. Tucker discusses behavioral economics as a robust trans-discipline that offers diverse methods to advance knowledge and application in many areas, including in its original applied field of substance misuse. Dr. Tucker was the first elected President (1993-94) of our Division 50 (Society of Addiction Psychology).  She is a clinical psychologist with public health experience, has 30 years of funded research on substance misuse guided by behavioral economics.
