The goal of the Addiction Science Journal Club is to bring together people from diverse backgrounds, training, and career stages to discuss research in addiction science on Twitter. Every other week we share a reading and, at the end of that week, come together for a twitter discussion on the reading! We view this as a great way to connect with other addiction scientists and advocates, stay up to date on the addiction literature, and disseminate research. Followers and subscribers will be able to suggest readings and we will invite authors to participate in the content we share related to their publication. Overall, we aim to create an inclusive community for all interested in addiction science!
We would greatly enjoy hearing your voice as a member of the Addiction Science Journal Club! Here is how you can join:
At any time, you can also email us or DM us on Twitter with suggestions for readings. In particular, we welcome any manuscripts you have recently published and we hope to host Q&A sessions with authors on Twitter!
We look forward to reading with you soon!
Sincerely,
