The University at Albany’s Center for Behavioral Health Promotion and Applied Research (School of Education) is excited to announce two full-time professional opportunities to join their dynamic, nationally recognized team working on Project ACCESS (Achieving College Completion Through Engaged Support Services).
They are currently seeking applicants for:
Project Evaluation Specialist (Salary: $73,000–$75,000)
Leads evaluation activities for SAMHSA-funded prevention and intervention initiatives, including Screening, Brief Intervention , and Referral to Treatment (SBIRT).
Oversees data collection, analysis, reporting, and dissemination.
Ideal for individuals with a doctoral degree and strong quantitative/qualitative research skills.
Project Manager (Salary: $63,000–$65,000)
Provides operational oversight for prevention and early intervention programming targeting substance use, gambling, mental health, and related concerns among college students.
Coordinates project activities, manages staff and communications, and supports data and dissemination efforts.
Requires a master’s degree in a relevant field and experience in public health or human services.
Both positions offer the chance to work in a collaborative, innovative environment with a focus on translational research, campus-community partnerships, and evidence-based practices to support student health and well-being.
