Integrative Harm Reduction Psychotherapy (IHRP)
December 13-15 | The Center for Optimal Living

IHRP is a treatment for individuals struggling with addictive and risky behavior, trauma and other mental health issues. An alternative to the abstinence-only approach, IHRP incorporates psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, and body-oriented practices. This winter training will be offered at our Center for those looking for a more intimate workshop experience.  More Info/Registration.

If you intend to apply for our Harm Reduction Certificate Program starting in February, attending a 3-day training is a prerequisite. This is the last opportunity to attend a 3-day IHRP training in 2019.
